Honestly, he has no clue how this will go, and hopefully it won't lead to another system crash. He probably wouldn't be able to get away fast enough.]

[She had only seem him once before, briefly, but it was hard to forget another who wore that coat. Because of this, once she spots him, she recognizes him immediately. Naturally, with how paranoid she currently is, she'll also be wearing her hood up while outside like this.

She approaches with a small wave.]

Hey. [...] Hope I didn't keep you waiting for long.

[He's somewhat glad that she has her hood up because the last time he got a good look at her face...Having a system crash now is not an option. But, at the same time, he can't help the disappointment as he studies her hood and a fleeting fear of foreboding that doesn't quite make sense.

Nevertheless, he sends her a reply:]

No, I only just got here.

[She quietly takes a seat next to him, staring at the text reply. She hadn't met him face to face before, so continuing with text replies seemed a bit odd to her.

When she replies, verbally, she sounds a bit perplexed.]

No, I don't. [He's pretty set on holding up to pretending to be mute. It wouldn't help things either if she knew his voice was exactly like Roxas'.]

[And well, she does sound slightly surprised at that revelation, but otherwise doesn't really think anything of it. She needs to slowly lead up to other things, anyway.]

...So, what have you been up to lately?

Nothing much. Been visiting the library.

[A lie, but he's not going to talk about meeting with the Journal. Even if he makes small screw-ups about their identity, ??? isn't going to let out more of their association.]

Nothing else to do, huh? [She can find that lie entirely believable, at least. She's been spending time in the library herself too, having nothing else to do. It's understandable, but not what she's looking for.

After a beat, and what she hopes is enough time to not make where this is going overly obvious, she asks another question.]

Have you been making new friends?

Yeah, I have. [First Nina, then Jade, and Painwheel in the future. He's not interested in going out of his way to make friends, but they are nice to have.]

It's been interesting. [And relatively easy to do when he's not being a snarky brat.]

That's good. It's great to hear you've been making new friends. [She is genuinely glad, of course. Some time ago, Xion would have thought he'd never make new friends, from what he had told her.

But if he wasn't going to say names, then...] Have you talked to someone named Axel? [And, before he can say anything:] Roxas said you helped him make up with him.

[Look what a little bit of system failures and positive reinforcement can do.]

I've talked to him a few times, and I guide Roxas that way. [??? pauses, only because he can guess where this may be going considering those two were brought up.] He says he wants to be friends, but that's a little hard to believe.

...I see. [She can believe that--the talking a few times part. But what matters to her right now is the content of those few conversations. She won't be able to step down until she knows all she needs.] What do you mean it's a little hard to believe?

[Good luck getting information from him, Xion. Really.]

Because I think he's probably wary of me. [Thanks to some button pushing.]

[Well, she'll be darned if she doesn't try. At his response, however, she can't help but to cock an eyebrow--thankfully hidden by her hood.]

Because someone gave it to me. [Thankfully he wasn't given Roxas' original clothes or that would cause some confusion.]

[She pauses for a moment, taking all of that in. She's slightly creeped that he stalked her first post that thoroughly, or at least the parts of it that were there before she learned how to filter things. Although she won't admit it, she's also mildly relieved he thinks she's a Nobody and not something else, but being relieved that everything about her wasn't out in the open isn't what she was here for.]
