[A nod.] Although, he was just as much a tool as Roxas was for someone's plan, he still used Roxas to get what he wanted.

So yes. I hope he burns his mouth several times and gets sick from it.

If I didn't have to think about rent, I would pay you a lot. [But he doesn't worry about rent, and he doesn't spend a lot either.]

I wouldn't say dead...But he did lose his body. [He's a little wary of how detailed he really wants to go into this now.]

Yeah, my world is a lot more absurd than this place could ever be, but it still happened.

How can you be so calm about it?

[Actually, he's not calm about it at all. It hurts so much to think about those memories, but it's easier to keep a straight face. At least, as much as he can when his gaze drifts off. In a lower voice:]

...It's just like how you keep the fact that you want to hurt yourself, right? What happened is in the past, anyways. It's like how I'm going to disappear too.

[wasthemaster]

...ah. Got it. [Yeah, he definitely gets it.] Suppose I can't blame you.

It's hard. Thinking about it... [He sighs a little to himself before running a hand through his hair.]

But you know, there's still a future. There's a chance Lea may find a way to revive Roxas. [With Sora, of course. And that all the other people hurting will be saved.] That's the only thing I can really hope for in the end.

Right...but then what about you?

What about me? [Because he doesn't have much to say. His tone remains rather calm as well. Even that hurts.]

...What do you do besides making potions and hanging out with Jade? [Of course the topic switch is incredibly obvious, but he doesn't care.]

[wasthemaster]

...never mind. [It's so painfully obvious that Draco actually has pity on him and goes right along with it. He's quiet for a moment as he thinks it over.]

...I write. A lot. And I find new things to do. Movies and books and hand-to-hand combat. Those sort of things.

[??? doesn't want pity; it's never sat well with him, and he dislikes making the people he cares about worry for him.]

Have you tried photography yet? Nina got me a camera, but I haven't really used it. I was thinking of trying it out sometime...I don't know on what, though.

No. My father always said that being a photographer was a waste of time. Something about photographers not being able to afford the great lifestyle like we have so they have to resort to vicariously living through our photographs. ["My father's kind of an arsehole."] You could always take photos of your cow.

[key_illusion]

[Yup, your dad is definitely an asshole, Draco.]

My memory is basically photographic as is... [A slight smile:] But I might try that, actually. Maybe photography has something different compared to the memory print array.

That depends, I suppose. Muggle photographs don't move, do they?

Do they normally for you? [That's an interesting idea.]

Well yes. [Said in a tone of someone who finds non-moving photographs to be the oddity here.] Always have.
