Considering who she "dates", I'll say her judgement is a bit off. [So they're not going to debate Draco's level of nice-ness since they both hang out with girls who have horrible judgement of characters: Euri and Jade.]

More like I read about her asking him out, asked her, then she told me. [Driest smile here. He's not a fan of Riku for what he did to Roxas.] I also know about Davesprite and Sollux too.

["And that face basically tells me that he also agrees they can all fuck right off. Good. Suddenly Sunny has a bit more of my respect."] She worries about it too much. I understand wanting to be normal, but I'm not sure that's the way to go. ["Besides, relationships aren't worth it. One person always ends up getting hurt anyway, so what the hell's the point?"] Granted, Riku's a better choice than Sollux so I'll give her that much credit.

[There are so many points that he agrees on with Draco, both internally and from what he said, that it's almost scary. He's also picking up that Jade and him have definitely not had good romantic relationships in the past...and he can guess that that's something they probably talk about a bit too. Not that he knows anything about romantic love, and he's not sure what Roxas thinks either considering his ex.]

Yeah, it seemed that way too. I don't exactly agree that being "normal" includes dating so much either. [And her expectations of dating, ugh. That's a whole different perspective he's not sure he can mash with all the other knowledge he's picked up.] ...She can do better than Riku though.

[And he will stick to that statement even if he won't back it up with other "better" people. It'd also be giving too much background knowledge he's supposed to keep to himself.]

[That is probably the understatement of the century, but then again they were both just not-relationships that the two of them are currently still working through. Jade's blowup with Sollux and Draco's own blowup with Rapunzel. He's still incredibly bitter because of everything that's happened to both of them.]

Normal's not really going to save you in this place, so I'm not sure why people try. ["Then again I'm right there with them. I'd like to be normal, and maybe that's why I'm so attached to her.
